Plantar fasciitis

It is a common condition that affects the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue that runs along the bottom of the foot. It is characterized by inflammation and irritation of the plantar fascia, which causes pain and discomfort in the heel or arch of the foot.

The main symptom is heel pain, which is often described as a sharp or stabbing sensation. The pain is usually most noticeable in the morning or after periods of inactivity, and it tends to improve with movement but may worsen with prolonged standing or activity.

Tight calf muscles

Obesity
